ClintelSystems Unveils CareRight Digital Front Door

CareRight, the flagship product of South Australian software provider Clintel Systems has unveiled the CareRight Digital Front Door to the fully integrated, end-to-end PAS, EMR, & Billing & Claiming solution.

The powerful suite of products is designed to provide specialised and integrated tools to assist users to manage interactions & care pathways for clients at all stages of a patient journey.

CareRight’sDigital Front Door comprises Online Enquiries, eRegistration, eAdmission, Online Booking, Telehealth access, Online Payments, shareable electronic Smart Forms, and so much more. These customisable smart farms can be deployed right across the patient journey to include eRegistration, pre-admission checklists, intake forms and aftercare self-assessments.  These forms are entirely customisable or existing workflows can be coupled with forms selected from CareRight’s vast Assessment Library, which is informed by NSQHS standards.

CareRight’s Digital Front Door has broad applications across a variety of fields including mental health, hospital, fertility, clinical case management; allowing for seamless communication and care-provision to patients before, during and after engagement and streamlines the entire patient journey.

A typical use case might commence with a patient starting an online enquiry, completing a ‘symptom checker’ smart form. Where the triage team wishes to find out more, further healthcare questionnaires can be sent, as well as registration/intake forms for administrative purposes. Where a pre-admission interview, consultation or appointment is required; this can be booked in as a telehealth appointment with a practitioner. The patient’s journey might then, for example, be followed by an e-script, a pathology request and a DASS-21 self assessment, with key data uploaded into the patient’s My Health Record as the patient’s engagement with the provider continues.
